Our honest take

Reshape is a 45-minute cardio and strength burner. We switched on-and-off between the tread and weight bench several times over the course of the class. The flow is similar to Barry’s Bootcamp.


We loved that the treadmill sections were split into running, sled and parachute modes, so you get a consistent leg burn to supplement your cardio. The vibe of the room is definitely disco/nightclub which I personally love for any kind of HIIT class. Alfie gave consistent queues that made it easy to switch off your brain and get lost in the endorphin rush.

Studio basics

  • The locker rooms are equipped with showers, blow dryers, straighteners and deodorant – you can definitely head straight to the office after this class

  • 1 Rebel has a full gym, a Reshape Room (strength/conditioning) and a Ride room (indoor cycling)

  • They offer memberships that include gym access and classes, or you can book as a drop in for a single class

  • Your class booking also covers 2 hours of free parking in ICD Brookfield Place
